Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed regional sales targets.
- Conduct professional product presentations to doctors, clinics, and hospital stakeholders.
- Maintain and update accurate records of field visits, customer interactions, and sales data in the CRM system.
- Ensure full adherence to company policies, field operating systems, and regulatory reporting procedures.
- Organize and facilitate medical events, product briefings, and clinical seminars.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the assigned territory.
- Provide prompt feedback to management regarding customer concerns and product performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, or any related medical/allied health field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical sales industry is preferred; fresh graduates with a strong drive for sales are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven territory management.
- High level of professional ethics, integrity, and corporate compliance awareness.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and digital reporting tools.
