Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff within the assigned territory.
- Conduct professional product presentations to educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and clinical applications of our pharmaceutical portfolio.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and growth objectives for the designated region.
- Execute daily call plans and field operating systems to ensure optimal territory coverage and frequency.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance via company systems.
- Ensure full compliance with internal company policies, standard operating procedures, and industry ethics.
- Organize and facilitate medical events, product briefings, and educational seminars for healthcare practitioners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a pharmaceutical sales role is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino/local dialect.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital reporting tools.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel frequently within the Central Visayas region.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and territory resources effectively.
