Hyphens Pharma is seeking a dynamic, multi-talented professional to join our team in Metro Manila. This unique hybrid role combines the fast-paced world of pharmaceutical sales with the precision of financial administration. As a Medical Representative & Finance Assistant, you will play a critical role in expanding our dermatology and medical product footprint while ensuring the operational health of our regional financial records.
You will be the face of Hyphens Pharma, building lasting relationships with healthcare providers, dermatologists, and hospital staff. Simultaneously, you will support the finance department by managing billing cycles, expense reporting, and financial documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our premium dermatology and medical product portfolio.
- Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and clinics.
- Conduct regular product presentations to healthcare professionals to ensure product awareness and clinical adoption.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to drive sales performance and meet regional targets.
- Prepare accurate financial documentation, including sales invoices, expense liquidation, and purchase orders.
- Assist the finance team in reconciling monthly accounts and maintaining efficient records management.
- Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to ensure seamless inventory tracking and revenue reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong grasp of financial administration, bookkeeping principles, or accounting software.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for financial tracking and reporting.
- Ability to multitask in a hybrid environment with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Metro Manila for client visits.
