Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precise cutting, trimming, and deboning of various meat products according to industry standards.
- Ensure meat displays are organized, aesthetically appealing, and fully stocked to drive sales.
- Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and food safety protocols at all times.
- Provide exceptional service by assisting customers with meat selection and preparation advice.
- Monitor inventory levels and rotate stock to minimize waste and ensure product freshness.
- Operate and maintain meat processing equipment such as saws, grinders, and slicers safely.
- Follow all company policies regarding temperature control and proper meat storage.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a professional butcher or meat cutter.
- Strong knowledge of different meat cuts, quality standards, and preparation techniques.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven understanding of local food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
