Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor milling equipment to ensure optimal production output and quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent mechanical failures and minimize operational downtime.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with milling machinery swiftly to ensure process continuity.
- Collaborate with the maintenance department to execute major equipment overhauls and upgrades.
- Maintain precise production logs and report equipment performance metrics to management.
- Adhere strictly to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and food safety standards.
- Optimize machine settings to improve yield and production efficiency.
- Participate in team briefings to coordinate workflow and troubleshoot recurring technical challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an industrial milling or manufacturing environment.
- Possess a Vocational Certificate, Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or relevant technical trade certification.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems and electrical controls.
- Strong understanding of industrial safety protocols and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and production blueprints.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks and work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a shift-based team structure.
- Strong focus on quality control and waste reduction.
