Adecco is currently seeking an experienced Mini Bus Driver to join a reputable logistics and transport operation in the South/Central region of Singapore. As a Mini Bus Driver, you will be the face of the company for our passengers, ensuring safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation. You will work a standard 5.5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and half-day on Saturdays), allowing you to plan your personal time with ease. We are looking for reliable individuals who take pride in their driving record and vehicle upkeep.
This is a permanent-equivalent contract role that provides a basic salary of up to $2,500 plus variable bonuses (VB). Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate a mini bus to transport passengers along designated routes within the South and Central regions.
- Ensure all passengers reach their destinations on time by planning efficient routes and monitoring traffic updates.
- Perform daily vehicle checks, including tires, brakes, and fluid levels, to ensure the bus is in peak operating condition.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness for the vehicle interior and exterior at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all Land Transport Authority (LTA) regulations and traffic safety laws.
- Provide excellent customer service and a professional demeanor when interacting with passengers.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
- Report any mechanical faults or incidents immediately to the operations team.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 4 driving license.
- Possession of a valid Bus Driver's Vocational License (BDVL) is essential.
- Proven experience as a mini bus driver, shuttle driver, or in a similar transportation role.
- Clean driving record with zero major traffic offenses or demerit points.
- Excellent knowledge of Singapore's road networks, especially in the South/Central districts.
- Ability to commit to a 5.5-day work week without requiring overtime.
- Strong sense of punctuality, responsibility, and commitment to passenger safety.
- Basic communication skills in English to interact with a diverse range of passengers.
