Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver parcels to residential and commercial locations within Ampang and surrounding areas.
- Load and unload packages carefully to prevent damage, ensuring all items are securely stowed.
- Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes to meet daily schedules and deadlines.
- Obtain signatures and scan packages using handheld devices to maintain accurate delivery records.
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting politely with recipients and addressing basic inquiries.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety.
- Report any accidents, traffic violations, or vehicle maintenance issues to the supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driving license (e.g., Class D) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver, courier, or in a similar logistics role is highly preferred.
- Excellent geographical knowledge of Ampang, Selangor, and surrounding regions.
- Ability to operate GPS devices and smartphone applications for route navigation.
- Strong physical stamina to handle heavy lifting, loading, and unloading of parcels throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Punctual, reliable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and a professional, customer-oriented attitude.
