This is a unique opportunity to specialize as an Assisted Stretch Coach, focusing on the critical pillars of mobility, recovery, and peak human performance.
As part of the BEND team, you will move beyond traditional training. You will provide bespoke 1:1 sessions designed to help clients recover faster, increase their range of motion, and optimize their daily physical performance. We are looking for an individual who is not just a trainer, but a movement expert committed to evidence-based recovery techniques and high-end client service.

Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality 1:1 assisted stretch and personal training sessions tailored to individual client goals.
- Conduct thorough movement assessments to identify limitations and develop targeted mobility programs.
- Educate clients on the benefits of recovery, flexibility, and longevity in their fitness journey.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment within the studio at all times.
- Track client progress and adapt programming to ensure continuous improvement in mobility and performance.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through exceptional communication and support.
- Collaborate with the broader team to enhance the overall client experience at BEND.
Kualifikasi
- Certification as a Personal Trainer (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in personal training or group fitness instruction.
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, biomechanics, and recovery science.
- Experience or high interest in assisted stretching techniques and myofascial release.
- Excellent interpersonal and motivational communication skills.
- Professional demeanor with a commitment to high-end customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, high-performance environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
