We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy General Manager to oversee the operations of a premier Sport Club and Padel Court facility in Jakarta. As the GM, you will be the face of the club, responsible for driving operational excellence, maximizing revenue through membership growth and court utilization, and fostering a vibrant community culture.
The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a passion for sports, hospitality, and customer experience. You will manage daily operations, staff performance, facility maintenance, and marketing initiatives to ensure the club remains the top destination for Padel enthusiasts in Jakarta.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all daily club operations, including Padel court bookings, maintenance, and F&B services.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase membership numbers and court utilization rates.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of staff to deliver world-class customer service.
- Oversee financial performance, including budget management, P&L reporting, and expense control.
- Drive marketing campaigns and organize tournaments or events to build a strong community presence.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and facility maintenance are consistently met.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and local sporting organizations to enhance the club's profile.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Sport Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in facility management, club management, or hospitality leadership.
- Deep understanding of the Padel or racquet sports market preferred.
- Strong business acumen with a proven track record in financial management and revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Proficiency in CRM software, facility booking systems, and MS Office Suite.
