Tamora Group is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Assistant Club Manager to oversee our premier Padel facility in Jakarta Selatan. As the heartbeat of our club operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our members have a world-class experience while driving the business forward.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, staff leadership, and ensuring the highest standards of service excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily club operations, ensuring facilities are maintained to premium standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor club staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage court bookings, membership inquiries, and walk-in customer relations.
- Coordinate tournaments, clinics, and social events to increase club engagement.
- Monitor inventory and oversee minor facility repairs or maintenance schedules.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies to grow the club's member base.
- Maintain accurate operational logs and report performance metrics to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in gym, sports club, or hospitality management.
- Strong understanding of the Padel sport or a high interest in racquet sports.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve member issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in digital booking systems, POS software, and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
