Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform precision butchery tasks including deboning, trimming, and portioning of pork products.

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the workstation to comply with food safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure fresh stock rotation.
  • Utilize various butchery tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Package meat products professionally for retail display or custom orders.
  • Assist in maintaining organized storage areas to prevent cross-contamination.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Butcher with a specialization in pork products.
