Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precision butchery tasks including deboning, trimming, and portioning of pork products.
- Expertly handle various pork cuts such as belly, ribs, shoulder, loin, tenderloin, and ground pork.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the workstation to comply with food safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure fresh stock rotation.
- Utilize various butchery tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Package meat products professionally for retail display or custom orders.
- Assist in maintaining organized storage areas to prevent cross-contamination.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Butcher with a specialization in pork products.
- Deep technical knowledge of pork anatomy and cutting techniques.
- Strong work ethic with a reputation for honesty, discipline, and responsibility.
- Ability to work full-time hours in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail regarding meat quality, waste reduction, and safety.
- Basic understanding of food health and safety standards (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
