Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct live and engaging product demonstrations to customers in retail outlets and roadshows.
- Build and maintain expert-level knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Proactively engage with potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Provide outstanding after-sales service and handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Set up and manage product display areas to company standards.
- Record daily sales activities, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to execute promotional strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level or equivalent certification.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; sales experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- High level of energy, self-motivation, and a hunter mentality.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for helping people find solutions.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must possess own transportation and a valid driving license.
