Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Greet all visitors and clients with a professional and friendly demeanor, providing assistance as needed.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments efficiently.
- Coordinate and manage office administrative tasks, including courier services and document filing.
- Maintain electronic and physical records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure all necessary equipment is prepared for scheduled appointments.
- Provide support for office management duties, including monitoring inventory of office supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality or administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a reception or customer-facing role is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and ability to multitask under pressure.
