Tanggung Jawab
- Manage member check-ins and provide warm, professional greetings to all visitors
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with exceptional customer service
- Coordinate class bookings, membership registrations, and facility reservations
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area and manage inventory of supplies
- Process payments, manage POS systems, and handle basic administrative tasks
- Act as a brand ambassador by promoting gym services and events
- Collaborate with trainers and staff to ensure seamless member experiences
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality role
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience with booking systems and administrative software
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Knowledge of fitness industry terminology is advantageous
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
