Tanggung Jawab

  • Warmly greet all lounge guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
  • Manage lounge access verification, including boarding passes, membership programs, and eligibility requirements.
  • Provide comprehensive assistance to guests regarding lounge amenities, flight information, and airport guidance.
  • Maintain a pristine and organized reception area that reflects the premium standards of the lounge.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with tact, professionalism, and prompt resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal lounge staff and catering teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate logs and reports regarding guest traffic and lounge occupancy.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a reception, front-office, or customer service role, preferably in a luxury hotel or airline environment.
  • Professional appearance and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a significant plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage comfortably with diverse international travelers.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early morning/late night hours.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in basic office administrative software.
