Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the first point of contact for all guests, providing a warm, professional, and efficient welcome.
- Manage front-desk inquiries, including phone calls, emails, and in-person requests with grace.
- Oversee guest orders and beverage/food serving operations to ensure high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and reception environment.
- Support daily facility operations, including assisting with padel court logistics and guest activity coordination.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, guest logging, and basic record-keeping.
- Act as a liaison between guests and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Promote our services and facilities to enhance the overall guest experience.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service roles is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office or similar tools).
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, including assistance with recreational activities like padel.
- Proven ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to delivering excellent service.
