Perkasa Milestone Dynamics is currently seeking a polished and reliable Receptionist to join our team on a 3-month maternity leave contract. As the face of our company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our office operations run smoothly while providing a welcoming environment for our visitors, clients, and staff.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all front-desk activities. We are looking for someone who excels at multitasking, possesses strong communication skills, and maintains a professional demeanor even in a fast-paced environment. Tanggung Jawab

  • Welcome and greet all visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains tidy, welcoming, and well-organized.
  • Direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments and provide accurate information to callers.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries efficiently.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, including scheduling meeting rooms and managing office supply inventory.
  • Provide support to the HR and Administrative departments on ad-hoc clerical projects.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and a positive, customer-service oriented attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to commit to a 3-month contract starting immediately.
