Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival, presenting menus and explaining daily specials with enthusiasm.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests, utilizing a Point-of-Sale (POS) system, and relaying them efficiently to the kitchen or bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, ensuring high standards of presentation and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor guest dining experiences, anticipate their needs, and respond to requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions securely and accurately, processing payments and providing correct change.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including setting up and clearing tables, and replenishing condiments.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, baristas, and other team members to ensure smooth service flow and a harmonious work environment.
- Address guest concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Server, Waiter/Waitress, or similar front-of-house role in a fast-paced dining establishment.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and active listening, to effectively interact with diverse guests and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, multi-task, and maintain a positive attitude during busy shifts.
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking, bill calculation, and secure payment processing.
- Familiarity with POS (Point-of-Sale) systems and electronic payment methods is highly advantageous.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification or related vocational training is a plus.
