- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Negros Occidental region to expand our market reach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through professional communication and consistent follow-ups.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of potential clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and cold calling to contract negotiation and closing.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, lead prospecting, and negotiation strategies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino/Hiligaynon.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to handle rejection, maintain a positive attitude, and adapt quickly to challenges.
- Reliability, strong organizational skills, and a high sense of professional accountability.
- Willingness to travel within the Negros Occidental area as required by business needs.
