Tanggung Jawab
- Actively seek out and engage potential customers to promote and sell ceramic motor products
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent service
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about features and benefits
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to potential clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification, with preference given to candidates with sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and sales software
- Valid driver's license with own transportation is advantageous
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience in automotive or related industry is a plus
