In this role, you will be responsible for managing executive calendars, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication across various departments. Your contribution will directly support our mission of providing high-quality, efficient administrative support to our clinical and management staff.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings effectively.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring professional correspondence.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread high-level documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for management personnel.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential filing systems and digital records management.
  • Coordinate office supplies and facility requirements to ensure a smooth work environment.
  • Assist in preparing meeting agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to department heads as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative capacity.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong organizational skills with an unwavering attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor suitable for a healthcare environment.
