Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain the Director’s complex calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Director and internal departments or external stakeholders.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format meeting agendas, presentations, and correspondence with high accuracy.
  • Handle confidential information and sensitive documents with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Coordinate board meetings, executive briefings, and follow-up on action items.
  • Manage office administrative tasks, including expense reporting and filing systems.
  • Provide operational support to ensure the Director's daily workflow is organized and efficient.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a secretarial or executive assistant role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital scheduling tools.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and networking capabilities.
