Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings effectively.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail with a professional demeanor.
  • Prepare, format, and edit reports, presentations, and other important business documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for company records and sensitive data.
  • Assist in the procurement of office supplies and maintain an efficient inventory system.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between departments to ensure operational continuity.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or relevant office support role.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
