Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide prompt, friendly service throughout their dining experience.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer informed recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system with precision.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables efficiently while ensuring proper presentation and quality standards.
- Perform regular table maintenance, including clearing empty plates, refilling water, and refreshing cutlery.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area at all times, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a server, waiter, or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for guest service and hospitality.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and positive while working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- A well-groomed professional appearance and a proactive, team-player mindset.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene protocols, and POS systems.
