- Provide friendly, personalized, and efficient service to all guests.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
- Deliver orders promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dining area and service station.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth operations.
- Upsell menu items, including daily specials and beverages, to enhance the guest experience.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and company policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Server, Waiter, or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure during peak hours.
- Strong physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling orders and processing payments.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent certification; formal training in hospitality is a plus.
