- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables promptly.
- Provide detailed explanations of menu items, daily specials, and beverage pairings.
- Accurately record guest orders and communicate special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff.
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and service.
- Perform opening and closing side work to ensure the dining area remains clean and organized.
- Manage payment processing and ensure all billing is accurate and handled with discretion.
- Maintain a proactive approach to guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and resolving concerns promptly.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines set by the establishment.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Server, Waiter, or Waitress in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
- Ability to stand for long periods and navigate a busy dining environment with ease.
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and proper serving etiquette.
