Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and escort guests to their tables with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on ingredients, and offer personalized food and beverage recommendations.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and efficiently relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Deliver orders promptly while ensuring quality control and presentation standards are met.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace to comply with health and safety protocols.
- Process payments accurately and handle point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently.
- Collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service flow during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in Food and Beverage Services is a plus.
- Strong command of English and Filipino with exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure in a high-volume setting.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of POS software and digital transaction processing.
