Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional table service to all guests.
- Maintain deep knowledge of our steakhouse menu, wine list, and cocktail offerings to provide expert recommendations.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Manage POS system entries and process payments accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area according to restaurant standards.
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns with grace and hospitality-focused solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant or upscale dining establishment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, welcoming personality.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Immaculate grooming and professional appearance.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for high-quality food and beverage service.
- Valid working status in Indonesia.
