Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily inventory levels and coordinate stock orders with the procurement department.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming supplies according to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Prepare and present food and beverage offerings with precision and high-quality presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
- Monitor food safety standards and ensure all ingredients are fresh and correctly stored.
- Collaborate with the back-of-house team to ensure smooth service operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in Hospitality is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Server, Waiter, or similar role in a restaurant or cafe setting.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene regulations, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Fluency in Indonesian; proficiency in English or Mandarin is highly desirable.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
