- Greet guests warmly and provide professional, attentive table service from arrival to departure.
- Possess deep knowledge of our Italian menu, ingredients, and wine pairings to provide expert recommendations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using our POS system, ensuring special requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment throughout the shift.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints with grace, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service flow and timely food delivery.
- Upsell daily specials, premium beverages, and desserts to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant, preferably in an upscale or fine-dining setting.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure during peak hours.
- Polished personal presentation and a strong commitment to hospitality excellence.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
