Tanggung Jawab
- Carry large trays with food from the kitchen to tables in the restaurant efficiently and safely
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
- Clear and reset tables promptly to ensure smooth turnover
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR)
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry food trays
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
