Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional, attentive service to guests in a high-volume beachfront environment.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the food and beverage menu to provide expert recommendations.
- Execute order taking and table service with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure the dining area remains pristine, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards.
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely food and drink delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with a professional and proactive attitude.
- Perform opening and closing side-work duties as assigned by management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, welcoming personality.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is a significant advantage.
- Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
