- Deliver high-quality service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring prompt delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain deep knowledge of our menu offerings to provide thoughtful recommendations and answer guest inquiries.
- Execute all daily operational procedures in accordance with Joe & Dough’s established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Proactively manage table settings, cleanliness, and ambiance to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.
- Process payments efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system while maintaining accurate cash records.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and baristas to ensure smooth workflow and order fulfillment.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a server, waiter, or customer service role, preferably within the café or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure during peak service hours.
- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- High level of reliability, integrity, and a proactive attitude towards teamwork.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and shift rotations.
