Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver a wide range of spa treatments (including Balinese massage, body scrubs, and facials) in strict accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Provide professional consultations to guests to recommend treatments and products that best suit their individual needs.
- Welcome every guest with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a high-standard arrival and departure experience.
- Maintain the absolute cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of treatment rooms and common spa areas.
- Manage spa inventory, equipment, and supplies, reporting any maintenance needs or stock shortages promptly.
- Promote and upsell spa packages, memberships, and retail wellness products to meet revenue targets.
- Ensure all health and safety protocols are strictly followed to provide a safe environment for both guests and staff.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role within a luxury hotel or reputable spa.
- Certification from a recognized massage or beauty therapy school is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of various massage techniques, body treatments, and skin care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a basic proficiency in English to assist international guests.
- Strong commitment to guest satisfaction with a friendly and service-oriented personality.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Professional appearance, high standards of personal hygiene, and a disciplined work ethic.
