As a Consultant, you will act as a bridge between prospective students and prestigious educational institutions in China. You will provide expert guidance on university selections, degree programs, and lucrative scholarship opportunities. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a deep understanding of the Chinese academic landscape.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the futures of our students by streamlining the complex application and documentation processes, ensuring every candidate feels supported from their initial inquiry to their successful enrollment. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive consultation to students regarding study options, university rankings, and program curricula in China.
- Identify and match students with suitable scholarship opportunities based on their academic background and qualifications.
- Guide applicants through the end-to-end university application process, ensuring all criteria are met.
- Manage the preparation, translation, and verification of required legal and academic documentation.
- Maintain consistent communication with university admissions offices and internal stakeholders.
- Organize and participate in educational seminars, workshops, and information sessions.
- Monitor and track student progress, addressing concerns or administrative hurdles promptly.
- Provide visa application assistance and pre-departure briefings for successful candidates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Education, Linguistics (Mandarin), or a related field.
- Proven experience in educational consultancy, student recruitment, or overseas study services.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin (HSK 4 or higher) is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of the Chinese education system and current scholarship landscape.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with students and parents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and manage high-volume administrative tasks.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail when handling sensitive documents.
