Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver personalized one-on-one tutoring sessions for primary and secondary students
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum requirements and student learning styles
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance
- Prepare engaging learning materials and resources to facilitate concept mastery
- Maintain accurate records of student sessions and progress reports
- Collaborate with academic team to enhance tutoring methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- Minimum 1-2 years tutoring or teaching experience
- Strong subject knowledge in primary/secondary curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, adaptable, and student-centered approach
- Proven ability to motivate diverse learners
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
