Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming dining experience.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including signature cocktails, wines, and spirits, with precision and flair.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the bar and dining areas, strictly following safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring bar stock levels.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service-related issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with the galley and deck team to ensure smooth operations throughout the voyage.
- Uphold the company's brand image by providing attentive, proactive, and personalized service at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Waiter or Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or maritime hospitality environment.
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively with international guests.
- Proven knowledge of mixology, wine service, and standard dining room etiquette.
- High level of physical stamina to work in an active, mobile, and dynamic onboard environment.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Relevant certification in hospitality or tourism is a strong advantage.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bali.
