- Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive table service to all guests.
- Maintain deep knowledge of our food and beverage menus, including daily specials and ingredient sourcing.
- Accurately process guest orders using our POS system.
- Ensure the dining area is pristine, organized, and properly set up before and during service.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with grace and professionalism.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe environment.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in other languages is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a naturally positive, guest-focused demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Professional grooming standards and a reliable, punctual work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy, high-volume environment.
