Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional table service to all guests.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and allergen information.
- Accurately take food and drink orders and process payments using the POS system.
- Ensure the dining area is set up according to company standards and kept clean throughout the shift.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service-related concerns with a proactive approach.
- Assist in opening and closing duties to maintain operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality role.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (other languages are a plus).
- A high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for guest service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
