Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a professional demeanor.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide insightful recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them correctly into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including resetting tables and clearing used items.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests with patience, tact, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow during peak hours.
- Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions with strict attention to accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Waiter, Server, or in a similar customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong command of English and Filipino.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and focused under pressure.
- Strong physical stamina, with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and flexibility regarding shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Professional grooming and a welcoming, positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent certification in Hospitality Management is a plus.
