Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage table seating arrangements efficiently.
  • Present menus, provide detailed information on food and beverage items, and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system promptly.
  • Deliver food and drinks to tables with a high standard of presentation and professionalism.
  • Maintain table cleanliness, perform routine clearing, and reset tables according to restaurant standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests with grace and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols within the dining area.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Waiter, Server, or in a similar hospitality role.
  • Strong communication skills in Indonesian; basic English proficiency is highly preferred.
  • Possess a friendly, professional demeanor and a guest-first attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong physical stamina to handle extended periods of standing and walking.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A positive, team-oriented approach to daily tasks.
