Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and provide professional, friendly service from arrival to departure.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on food and beverage items, and offer recommendations.
- Accurately take food and drink orders and input them into the POS system.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations throughout the shift.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints with grace and professionalism.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required by the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Waiter or Server in a bistro, restaurant, or sports bar setting is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to customer service with a friendly, welcoming personality.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong team player with a willingness to assist colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
