Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality service to guests in accordance with company SOPs and established service standards.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and daily specials to provide accurate recommendations.
- Ensure the dining area is impeccably clean, organized, and prepared for service at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with grace, professionalism, and quick problem-solving skills.
- Process orders accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and bar staff.
- Manage table turnover efficiently to ensure a smooth flow of service during peak hours.
- Consistently uphold hygiene and safety regulations within the workspace.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar Waiter/Waitress or front-of-house role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or cafe environment.
- Proven ability to follow strict SOPs and maintain high levels of discipline and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure during busy service periods.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and a professional demeanor.
- Good command of English is highly desirable to assist international guests.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Denpasar, Bali.
