Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional table service including order taking, food delivery, and beverage service
- Ensure cleanliness and proper table settings according to establishment standards
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service concerns promptly
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings to enhance guest experience
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and sanitation protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of professional waitstaff experience in high-volume establishments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Indonesian
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Positive attitude with commitment to exceptional customer service
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid food handler certification preferred
