- Greet guests warmly and provide detailed menus, highlighting specials and dietary recommendations.
- Accurately record food and beverage orders and transmit them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Deliver food and drinks with precision, ensuring quality control before presentation.
- Perform opening, mid-shift, and closing side duties to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow during peak hours.
- Handle POS systems and process payments accurately while adhering to cash handling protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality setting is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Malay; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to provide friendly, customer-focused service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and manage physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
