Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and seat guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and provide insightful menu recommendations.
- Deliver high-quality service by promptly serving orders and checking on guest satisfaction throughout their meal.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table settings and service stations.
- Process payments efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism, patience, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Adhere strictly to safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure restaurant environment.
- Strong command of spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
- Impeccable personal grooming and professional appearance.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
