- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests are communicated to the kitchen
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining proper serving temperatures
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and address any concerns promptly
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling various payment methods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, tables, and service stations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education
- Quick, proactive, meticulous, and detail-oriented approach to work
- Experience with inventory management or understanding of stock control procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
