Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests with a positive and professional attitude.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Deliver orders to tables efficiently and ensure high standards of food presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area throughout the shift.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service-related issues with grace and efficiency.
- Process payments accurately and maintain a clean workstation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hotel environment.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English proficiency.
- High level of personal grooming and presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Badung, Bali.
