Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive table service to all guests.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our food and beverage menus to provide accurate recommendations.
- Accurately take guest orders and relay them to the kitchen via our POS system.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and set up according to restaurant standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with a professional and positive attitude.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow.
- Upsell menu items and daily specials to enhance guest experience and restaurant revenue.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer-facing role is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Strong team player with a flexible and positive attitude toward shifts.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a significant advantage.
- High level of personal grooming and hygiene standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must currently reside in or around the Kuta/Bali area.
