Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional table service throughout their visit.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our menu, including food, hookah, and beverage pairings.
- Execute precise order taking and ensure accuracy in POS system operations.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area to meet our high quality standards.
- Resolve any guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Upsell promotional items and special offers to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant, lounge, or hotel setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure hospitality environment.
- Strong physical stamina to remain on your feet during long shifts.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of grooming and workplace hygiene.
